**Returns & Refunds Policy**

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at Judyzeng2025@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

**Exchanges**
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.

**Non-returnable items**
Customized or personalized products, and items that have been used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
